Dr. Bonnie Nedrow lives in the redwoods of northern California, her home base for naturopathic tele-medicine, membership platform, on-line courses and in-person retreats. She is passionate about food-as-medicine, connection with nature and helping her clients increase their health span living healthier lives as they age. Dr. Nedrow is the co-author of three books, Metabolic Flexibility: How to Heal Your Metabolism with a Ketogenic Diet, The Cleanse Companion Cookbook and The Seasonal Cleanse Workbook
