iBeautiful apts ,or beautiful property has two large fountains and playground and lawn area? My mother lives here and can say i am trying to get her out of this dump...their is nothing beautiful about this place...lets start with the beautiful fountain, it is a wishing well of sorts were the tenants walk by it and throw a penny in it and wish that they did not live in this drug,drunk infested Slum...one advantage to living here is that you do not have to set an alarm clock for every morning you are awakened by the sound of 40oz bottles of beer being crushed by the recycling center next door. If you missed that wake up call you will be awaken by the sound of air compressors going off at the body shop next door of recycling center .
