Provided by YP.comFound this place and their food is really good, but it depends on who's cooking. Had blue heaven kobe burger on a friday late after noon, and it was the most amazing burger ever. Then went back next weekend but on saturday early afternoon and same burger was a bust, over cooked and dry. we sent them back and had new ones and while good not the wow factor like the very first one. Then we saw the server who helped us on the friday before and he said 3 brothers share the cooking. So it seems to depend on which one is cooking.
But big shout out to ROB the server, he takes his job seriously and does it very well. other servers in this line of work could learn something from him..... great job ROB..

- ABOUT OUR CHEF Chef Brian Appiano was born and raised in the Bay Area, but never left the Central Coast after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He started his creative cooking while feeding the brothers of Phi Kappa Psi while in college and used those skills to capture the love of his life, Krystal. His passion is creating things from scratch, and using his own unique recipes to make every dining experience memorable for every customer. Brian has made a name for himself as a chef on the Central Coast and the couple now owns 3 Rib Line restaurants: two in San Luis Obispo and one in Grover Beach. They love spending time with their 3 children all over our beautiful Central Coast.
