Shopped at the Grove City location twice in the last 30 days and both times I was completely ignored when I entered the store. When I approached the counter the staff rather than put down what they were doing made me wait til they felt like ringing my purchase. When I asked where hats and gloves were they said in the back. They were not busy with customers so I thought they could have walked me to the area. In the future I will go out of my way to shop a different location to avoid such rudeness.
