The staff is nice. the grooming is awful. they don't make sure the hair is even, so your dog will have spots of longer hair. Way over priced too, for the quality of haircut my dog got, it should have been half the price. They do not trim the paws and snout unless you ask, and they take too freaking long. For some reason, they can only cut two dogs at a time. I dropped off my dog and it took them 4.5 hours to trim him. I guess he needed to have another dog there for moral support. We will not be back. Save you money and go to a real groomer.
