This contractor is dishonest and he takes advantage of clients. He wrote a contract to re-build my porch. When he was done, i paid him in full - cash. Once the porch work dried, it showed that the brick porch was not re-built and he tried to smooth the cement over the bricks to cover up his dishonesty, however, there was a brick sticking out. When i called him, he came back to my home and basically tried to bully me into accepting his poor job. When i asked about the contract and showed him where he had written "re-build the porch" he said he didn't have to re-build the porch because it was below grade and all i needed to do was add some more dirt to my flower bed to cover up the bricks and then it wouldn't be an issue. This contractor has poor character and a poor work ethic. I would never use him again and I discourage everyone from contracting his services.
