I was a little concerned when I moved into a Condo in West Des Moines, and learned NexGen contracted with the building to provide service, because they are the only service providers that can serve me. I previously had at&t uverse in Indiana but can't get that here, so far I have been very pleased with the Internet and DIRECTV service I have through NexGen. The tech was very helpful, he got all of my devices connected to the WiFi. The picture quality on the DIRECTV HD is fantastic, but I do hate having the picture go out when it rains :(.

If it was possible to give 0 stars i would. Nexgen has a monopoly on developments and they provide internet that is always breaking down and they combine the lines. So if my neighbor decides to watch netflix online or download music the entire network fails for everyone else. Their response is oh well we are the only ones in the area so live with it.

Good local company, they aren't very big but they have good customer support and service. I was very happy with my Phone, Internet, and TV service.
