Matt, Cory and Andy fixed the root cause of my problems: A wheel refinishing shop installed the new tires on my wife's Audi S4 Cabriolet improperly, so they had slow leaks. Then a second, trusted shop scratched two of the wheels trying to fix the problem. Finally I said "Enough!" and went to Matt / Cory / Andy. Andy patiently explained what he would do to get the rim to seal (far more than what the other two shops did). Matt Z. explained that the details of their new tire machine that handles late model, large rims with low profile tires well. Cory allowed me to watch Andy work. They followed through - the 18" low profile tires were balanced and mounted properly, and they don't leak. I'm picky, and I'm frugal...Midwest Napa Auto Care did nice, cost effective work.
