For a doctor's. office this facility is dirty and spreading germs from one patient to another. First, upon sign in, everyone uses the same heavy electronic devise. How is this devise sanitized from one patient to another? Tacky, tacky directives taped all over the front walls. Frames are cheap at Walmart. Next, a pre examining room to the left of check in was so dirty, there were trails of dust bunnies under the chair and the shelf atop of the desk was white with dust. The examining room had NO SINK, OR HAND SANITIZER for the Dr. to use. Also the Dr. had to put the patients file on a corner of a storage unit to write. Could not wait to leave, debating returning. This health care facility, and staff used to be top drawer. Are their Health department standards for doctor's offices? I will check that out.

I will say that my health improved greatly after addressing hormonal issues with this practice so that's why I can't give a bad rating. BUT that's where any positive comments end. The front end is so horrible that the doctors even comment on it. They rarely answer the phone and messages are NEVER returned. They charge $350 for hormone testing that can be done at Correct Med in Locust Grove for $100. You will receive the same prescription to the same pharmacy. Crazy. Do your research. Call Correct Med.
