Our founder and president has over 12 years of experience in consumer credit and collections. He has an honors degree from Duke University with a degree in Economics and Political Science. He has served in several management roles at national companies, holding the title of Vice President at Wachovia Bank in Charlotte, NC. Our Collection Specialists team is experienced, energetic and enrolled in continuing education classes that exceed requirements stated by the American Collectors Association (ACA). We maintain the highest ethical standards in strict compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.
