Gretna Small Engine - TERRIBLE service!!! I spent nearly $800 on a new Toro last fall, used it a dozen times, again twice this spring, when the self-propelled mechanism quit. I returned it to them, they had it for nearly three weeks, and now charged my daughter $137 when she picked it up. Shame on Toro, shame on Gretna Small Engine!!
