At one time Oakwood Mall was a very popular and pleasant place to shop, eat, socialize and even exercise(mall walkers). Now, not so good. The remodel left it looking like any mall in South Florida, very unattractive. Skylights flood the huge, open spaces with harsh bright light that is unflattering to everyone. Color scheme is atrocious, design is hideous. In a word, uninviting. Now on to the stores; too many clothing stores for teenagers, too many shoe stores for teenagers. They are always empty for a reason, no one wants this stuff. The entire mall consists of one bad clothing store followed by a shoe store and just repeat that ten times and you have an adequate description of your shopping experience. Please make some huge changes so that my neighbors and I will have a wonderful place to shop and socialize in the future. Look at what worked in the past and go back to it. What you're doing now isn't working.
