The worst experience ever. Vary unprofessional and unreliable and over charged.

Bought a used vehicle, and I needed many parts - this place was heaven. Each part needed was genuine and original. First class operation. Recommended

We were originally charged a price for a part to be shipped overnight.... Well three days later after several phone calls that ended in them taking our number down six times and they never called us back and promise that the part would be in the same day. We were finally able to pick it up. We received attitude and was charged more money than originally agreed upon.

When I reached out to Fayard for my Infiniti part, they responded right away. It was after business hours as well. They are a friendly group of people and I now have a new place to get my auto parts. Great service and great pricing.

Was looking for 2 Rear Calipers for my 2012 Acura TL. Every auto parts place told me that I would have to return to the dealership to find these particular parts for $154.95 each. One call to Fayard Auto (504)368-8894, which were selling them for $99.95 each and BAM. They had them the following day. I'm overly Satisfied with my engine purchase and install. I called on Sept. 2nd 2014 to have a engine installed in my 2010 Ford F150 (Triton Engine). Everyone I spoke with other than Fayard's were pricing me well over $2500.00 dollars. Fayard's did the complete job for $1800.00 dollars including shipping and tax. In fact, I tried to give them a $100.00 tip and he denied it and said " send more customers is all we ask" . Highly recommend these guys for any type of work. Fine business

Fayards saves people money and burning gas going out looking for parts . They always come through in a pinch and somtimes you can see competitors saying ugly things about the parts men at Fayards but it's only because they are not as persistant as Fayards . They just love to say no we don't have that and then they don't have to help you ! Fayards is committed tosaving your soul (shoe sole that is) these boys don't give up and their inventory computer is correct and inventoried and closed out every month and all sales post daily taking sold items out of stock unlike City who crushes cars for metal then says no I don'thave that ugly like you're trying to do something difficult other than ask him to do his job .

I had a problem with my vehicle for months, I brought it to Several other Repair facilities and the repair shops were telling me to just throw a Rebuilt engine in and be done with your problems. A good friend of mine referred me to Fayard's Automotive at 305 WestBank Expressway there in Gretna LA 70053. Their mechanic replaced 3 ignition coils and did a Tune Up. My vehicle runs great and the bill was just $239.95. WOW! INCREDIBLE! Its been 7 months and my vehicle is purring like a cat. Just amazing when you think you might have to spend all that money, you have a business like this company whose reputation speaks loudly. No doubt, Fayard's is a company that I strongly recommend. I called to inquire about a original part for my automobile, the dealership was selling the part for $544.93 plus tax. I went to purchase this part from the Ford Dealership and brought the part home to install. I could not seem to find anyone to help me install it and I had a neighbor come over and he asked me if I had called Fayard Automotive Parts for this very same part? I told him I did not hear of Fayard Auto selling original parts, and he stated that Fayard's has been around since 1970's, and they sell all original part as well as after Mkt parts. I am Crazy as crazy gets, I wish to keep my vehicle all original. Well to make along story shorter, I called Fayard's (504) 368-8894 and I could not believe it, the very same part, same box, same part #, cost $276.95. This company also sells general motors original parts as well. I have a 98' corvette, and I have been restoring it totally, every part I have been saving atleast 35% to 50%. It's crazy to keep going to the dealership and to spend money when you can save with Fayard Automotive, and get the same parts. I am absolutely dumfounded. Terrific! I went to several of the Everyday Auto Parts places, they could not help me with my specific problem. One visit to the Auto Parts of Fayard and BOTTA BING !!!! They knew exactly what I wanted, No puzzled faces or questioned mark looks. Perfecto, I recommend these people to all. Give them a shot and you will too see what I'm referring to.
