A very good psychiatrist. I saw Dr Arshad for treatment after I was hurt at work. Dr Arshad has been kind and caring . He was truly a breath of fresh air after I had misfortune of being assessed by another psychiatrist who worked for insurance company and was a total jerk. Dr Arshad has been my psychiatrist for over 20 years. He has kept me healthy and out of hospitals. I was lost when he left to go out of town for few months to practice in another state after his office in New Orleans East was destroyed in Katrina Hurricane. I and my whole family were thrilled when he decided to come back to New Orleans.

Clean and professional office. Dr Arshad came with a great reputation , was refered by a firend . . He was great and and has helped me and my family a great deal.
