Very unacceptable service, especially in the delivery aspect.Lately it is coming close to dinnertime. What is up with that ? And how hard is it to deliver The Gresham Outlook to the proper address ? They just don't get it and don't seem to do anything about their inept service...And in calling the newspaper, it happens to a lot of other people also.Guess they only ire those that can't read or do their job on time

Ok so first off I have no problem with this post office as a whole, sure the lines are very long there is alot of traffic in and out of there nothing we can do about that my problem is one employee there. I am not racist at all so please excuse my term but the Asian/Chinese? Lady there Is not ok!I am a military wife and tried to send my husband who was in Afghanistan a flat rate package (normally $12-15) she charged me $56!!!!! I walked away and went back the next day and was able to send it for the right amount with a different employee. I now live in Germany with my husband and accidentally sent a package home instead of here so my mom went to ship it for me, got the same lady who charged her $20 for the same box. Granted its only a couple dollars over that is NOT the point (not to mention the $20 for an envelope with 5 papers in them she was charged) it is outrageous!!!
