Appointment at 11:15 , got passed by a later appointment, 3 and a half hours later still here. Wow a 4 hour or better appointment. Not cool. When we arrived at 10 to 11:00 door locked no one around , had to make phone calls just to get in 20 minutes later.. Still have an hour an half to drive home .
