First I went to Knechts in Gresham got the worse service ever by Brad the Manager he couldn't care less about fullfilling my business needs and was so disrespecful,what make him have the right to do so. I highly recomend you to go to Auto zone in Gresham they really care about your business and have the best Customer Service their staff is very friendly, respectful and efficient. Feel appreciative
