Heatherwood is the worst place to live in Gresham! They have ridiculous rules. For instance, I can't keep my bird cage on my patio that I pay for! They take forever to repair things. I had a hole in my floor and told them about it. They said they couldn't fix it without us moving out. When I twisted my ankle and threatened a law suit, they came out the next day. Now the hole has somehow turned to 3 holes after their repairs. I informed them through an email and still no response. Don't move here! You'll regret it!
