I came to look at a Subaru three weeks before and Nick was no pushy and was friendly. I came back to the dealership specifically to ask for him because of his customer service. He's definitely a guy I could have a beer with.

Much less painful than expected! Mary was warm and friendly and not at all pushy. She could have tried to upsell us, but didn't, because the upsell version of the car we were looking at really wouldn't have fit our needs.

Overall it was very good. The one bad item was that the car I was looking at was listed online at one price ~$27195 and then I was presented with an initial cost of $30,000. I almost walked out right then.

It's my first major purchase in my life that was made alone for the most part and my mom said she still can't believe how easy it seemed and she was 600 miles away! Gurme and the boys helped me out tremendously! Whether it was finding the right car in my financial range or explaining the gap coverage they explained everything very well and very honestly. I will be returning in the future when it's time for another car because this experience was just the crème de la crème of car shopping experiences! My experience was very positive. I was waited on immediately. I had researched what I wanted in advance. They had the car I was looking for and David had it waiting for me when I arrived. The thing I appreciated is that I didn't have to wait around for anything. I saw the car, I drove it, we quickly negotiated a price and we did the paperwork all in less than 2 hours. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. David was very knowledgeable about the car and sat with me in the car to get everything set up (bluetooth, radio, mirrors, etc) before I left.
