Holmes Community College provides a range of degree and certificate courses through campus-based and distance education programs. It offers academic programs in aviation management, biological science, business administration, accounting, forestry and wildlife, liberal arts, child care and music. The college also offers study courses in computer science, engineering, health information management, nursing, pharmacy, music, physical education and fine arts. It organizes various sports events, such as football, basketball, soccer, cheerleading, softball, baseball, golf and tennis. The college has a library that provides access to various educational resources to students, faculty and staff. Established in 1911, Holmes Community College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and is located in Grenada, Miss.
