Opened in 2001, our mission is to combine the most advanced and efficient surgical care in the highest quality, patient-friendly setting. Our ultimate goal to provide the very best patient care, is achieved by assembling the best medical staff, nurses and surgery staff to care for our patients. TOSC maintains a stringent application and credentialing process of its medical staff to ensure patients receive the highest quality care possible. Outpatient Surgery Center offers a safe, convenient, high quality, lower cost alternative to surgical care in an inpatient hospital setting. TOSC is fully licensed by the State of South Carolina and the Federal Medicare program.
