Don't believe everything they tell you. I was told "We can fix it". Well their "fix" ended after 3 days. Rep came back, he said what went wrong was an oversight, "repaired" it again. Called a third time, spoke with a lady who was on the defense and quite rude. She stated they did repair it.Well, their repair cost me $400.00 dollars for 8 days of heat.Bottom line, if it's not repairable, then don't try. I'm out the cost plus I'm buying a new unit, not from Rush.
