With a location in Greenwood, S.C., Faith Home is a nonprofit Christian rehabilitation and recovery center for alcoholics and addicts. Founded in 1966, the center offers Bible studies, morning devotions and chapel services each day. It organizes various sports activities that include basketball, hiking, fishing, weight room, Ping-Pong and football for its residents. Faith Home provides a physical therapy program that includes garden and kitchen work, house cleaning and the general maintenance of the facility and grounds. The center s amenities and activities provide opportunities for fitness, individual and team play and spiritual healing. It operates through gifts and donations by individuals and community organizations. Faith Home is a member of the United Way Agency.
