Horrible experience! Will not deal with them again! Had them open my pool the first week or so in June, three weeks later it still was not ready and green! I called several time and they kept telling me it would be ready in the next few days. Was not ready until after July 4th! When it finally was ready they sent me a bill for the full amount. I went up there to ask for some kind of discount since it took over three weeks before we could even use it. The store clerk called the owner Kathy, who was very rude. I explained to her the situation and she said I could just pay for the chemicals they used but the chemicals costed more than the service so she really did not care what I wanted to do. She said our pool was so green and there was a dead squirrel in there so they used more chemicals than normal. THEY closed the pool the previous year and it hasn't been opened since they did! She was extremely rude and would not give any discount for taking 3 weeks to open a pool when they said it would be 110 regardless of pool condition. Will never go back!!!

Terrible service... yeah the pool got cleaned but we had to keep calling them to Even get them to come out to the house when they told us the previous day they would be out there the next morning first thing.

My Husband and I went to Alltrade on March 8 to discuss getting a new pump and liner for our pool. Very friendly, sounded experienced, and we were very pleased with quote. It is now May 30 and we still have no pool???? We were told if we put down deposit it would insure that we would be at the top of the list. They came out 2 weeks ago and drained pool, returned a week later to remove liner. Because water had collected under the pool, which I am told is common if you had a leak, they did not reline or install pump. Why they didn't do the work your guess is as good as mine. I have no clue why. This is because no calls have been returned, and when you call Kathy's cell phone it goes straight to message. Why she gave her number to us and told us to call is another unanswered question. Now we are waiting to find someone to do the work and I find myself at the end of the lists and even find the quotes I am getting now are higher than they were in March. Liner is laying on grass. Not good! If you look at their reviews on superpages.com it says they keep pools sparkling, maybe they need to just clean pools and not install.
