Excellent business. I disagree with Melinda. The staff has always been pleasant and they always provide fresh- long lasting flowers. Try the other shops in Greenwood. There flowers die in 2 days. You pay for what you get. Also look at the time of year Melinda...It was Valentines Day week. Bella Flora has done many arrangements for my family and it's way above the quality and designs are excellent. Glad to pay for what I get.

Just had a bad experience with this business. The lady acted as if she could care less about my order. I was calling for my son who had recently been deployed. He wanted to get his girlfriend a bouquet. She hung up without asking about what I wanted the card to say, I called back &' she had a hard time finding the order I JUST placed. THEN TO TOP it off, the small bouquet was WAY overpriced! BAD experience! Bad customer service.

Bella Flora handled the flower arrangements for my mother-in-law's funeral and the flowers were amazing, just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and the shop is adorable. Hats off Bella Flora for a job well done. Our family marvelled at how beautiful the arrangements were designed.
