I'm very dissappointed with Pool City. My husband and I were in the process of having a pool put in when he passed away, unexpectedly. I told Pool City that I just couldn't justify going through with the pool, as I didn't know what my finances were going to be like. They came and took back the materials and told me I MIGHT get some of our downpayment back. It's been almost four months and I've heard nothing from them. I would think, under the circumstances that I would have gotten some, if not all, of the money back. After all, they took the materials back, which I'm sure they will use elsewhere or turn back in to the company they got it from. Not the kind of customer service I would expect. Won't recommend them!
STOP, they are very nice til they have your money, and then forget it, the buck stops now, would not recommend this company and the people in the office are not friendly when it comes to problems, have had issues with this company since the beginning, and would NEVER use them agian, check before you buy!!!
They installed gas logs in our basement and put in a fireplace for us. The installers were wonderful. Soooooo neat and courteous. The fireplace is beautiful and really heats up the room. We would absolutely recommend them to other friends or have them back!!!!
This is one pool shop that we frequent on a regular basis! When the other pool shops had us purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals to clear the green water in our pool, Pool City told us to use straight liquid chlorine! It was cheap! It worked! They carry everything you need for your pool as well as parts, acessories, toys, fireplaces and supplies, pools and hot tubs. Everyone there is friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgable.
