Absolute dissapointment!.Four years ago we bought a dining room table and six chairs from Ashley Furniture and it arrived with a chair missing and a chair back missing. The table was unstable and quality was very poor. Long story short, customer service was terrible and unwilling to give us any real answers as to when we would get our chair and chair back. After about 3 weeks I demanded my money back and was told NO, that they would make it right. They never did and only refunded our money after an month of exhausiting phone calls. I had a lapse in judgement and decided to give them another chance only because they had an ottoman that was exactly what I had been looking for, for several months. I was told my the salesman that it would take about 1-2 weeks but he had to put a date of 4wks on the paperwork, just in case there was an issue with availability. It has now been 6 weeks and still no ottoman and no help and no ETA!
