Subway in Greenwich, NY has exceptional service and, of course, the food is excellent. Since I eat at Subway daily, I see the staff day in, day out, and yet they never take me for granted. They cater to my requests for extra spinach, cut my sub with a clean knife to avoid transfer, and take care to do a good job every time. I see the same care taken with other customers. On occasions when I am traveling, I have eaten at other Subway locations and can draw comparisons between the Greenwich shop and others. This is the best I have seen, though the food is excellent everywhere. The bread seems fresher in Greenwich, and the tomatoes and spinach are more consistently at peak flavor. I cannot recommend the Greenwich Subway too highly. Excellent food at reasonable prices!
