Stanwich School, founded in 1998, offers education to students in grades kindergarten through nine. Its curriculum includes subjects, such as science, physical education, business, mathematics, foreign languages, and performing and language arts. The school s subjects also include visual arts, social studies, computers and technology. The services offered by the school include career counseling and academic guidance. It has a media center and library that provides an online catalog of study materials. The sports activities offered by the school include cross country, baseball, bowling, basketball, football, golf, lacrosse, swimming, soccer, softball, track, volleyball and wrestling. It provides a variety of extracurricular activities, including racing, dance, drama and music. Stanwich School is approved by the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools and is located in Greenwich, Conn.
