All I can say about the Morgan Group is, if you are dead or alive, you will receive the same respect and response from the Morgan group. All they want is their rent at the beginning of the month, nothing else. They will ignore all complaints from the tenants. I am a tenant for over 20 years. Always had this problem. When I need something done, I have to pay someone to do it. I have even tried calling 311 to try to get some attention for needed repairs; that doesn't even work. When you get lucky enough to get anything done, it's always someone that does not know what they are doing.

Dear Morgan Group: You can delete all the bad reviews any time you want...fact remains everything is on record and has been printed and filed. Deleting the reviews only reveals your fear of being publicly exposed, which in addition reveals much guilt. Fact is I logged in yesterday and wrote a review and there were 5 more negative comments against you. Mysteriously they are now completely GONE ... Not everyone who rents from you is an illiterate poor soul who retreats to a corner in fear, not daring to exercise their rights and freedom of speech. Once again, as I stated in my review of yesterday, your company your staff and your services suck ...how dare you collect rent from people and then proceed to not return calls and tell us that the landlord doesn't speak to tenants ? Again, not worth even one star
