I went into Ivan Smith for my first time after moving here. I was impressed the store was set up very nice and easy to move around. When I came in Vicky introduced herself and met me. I like prompt service coming from years in a sales background but she was not oushy at all. My aunt was there too and we all got a long great. She showed me great options with patience as I looked and tried out many couches. I ended uo buying a whole furniture set plus a three table set for it. It was all delivered to my house with care and the delivery guys did a good job setting it up for me. I had a couple small nicks and when I called they set up a technician that came out and touched it right up. Great experience highly recommend this store.
