Ernie's Pit Barbeque is located in Greenville, Texas. In 1948, Ernie mixed up his first batch of secret sauce to create the best barbeque in Texas. We still use that same rich, full-bodied recipe today. Pair that up with our tender brisket and you're in barbeque heaven. Our dining room (Coming Soon) can accommodate large and small gatherings, so make your plans. Our hand-cut fries are second to none and our homemade potato salad, coleslaw and beans are legends in Hunt County. We also offer perfectly cured ham and other smoky delights for catering.
