John is a pro at piercing, not only is he a perfectionist but he is super good at making you feel safe and comfortable as well. This place is super clean, and John makes sure you are 100% comfortable both physically and emotionally. I am totally impressed with this place- not your typical in/out mall type of store, but they do a quality job, both before piercing and after...this place KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING! And they have the experience to back it up. I did my research before I chose Whatever, and I have no regrets at all! I will be a return customer (not for piercings necessarily, but for other things they have in the store for sale (tees, incense, candles, jewelry, etc.).
