Our visit today was the second time we’ve been there for very sick animals. The vet, Dr Carly, and the staff were very kind and considerate. The care our cats have received there has been great. I highly recommend this facility and staff. Thank you for your care and kindness

I was referred to them by my local vet in Asheville. I've never seen such a helpful team of people. My cat is doing wonderful after cancer surgery and has been cured. I'm so glad they were there to help.
Costs were explained up front and easy to understand. The surgeon spent an hour with me explaining what they were doing to do.

I don't even want to give a one star but you have to pick one. If you love your pet please please don't take them there. My dog went in for a throat scope for acid reflux and I took him home in a box. They don't act like they care about the pets.
Just like the other review they are all for the money. A health 3 year old dog they come out and tell you it had a heart attack. Yes maybe man made (vet) so please please found somewhere else.

Be prepared for a long wait, even with a scheduled appointment. That wouldn't be bad if they spent time with you when they finally got around to you, but that is NOT the case. Even with this as a re-check appointment to gauge the results and discuss new alternative methods, all was ignored. Did not have 5 minutes of anyone's time in the appointment and was there 45 minutes! That is not good care. Wish I could rate expertise but not enough time spent to gauge it!

BEWARE, ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY! They kept giving my boxer chemo without a definitive diagnosis and INSISTED she had Lymphoma although the tests came back negative!! She died after the second dose, getting violently ill...She was only 2 years 5 months old. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BABY!!!!

WOW you think they care about your pet they do not !!!! We took our furry baby there for oncology services and when she developed some complications we called on a FRIDAY morning no response three messages left today Monday still no response. We are stuck since we are in the middle of her cancer treatment . I would take her somewhere else if I could

Bring Your Pet Here!!!! Amazing Service!!!!

My 10yr old pug Miley got into a fight with our other boy pug and was bitten in her eye. When we went to our vet they referred us to UVS. We told them the emergency and they got my baby in a day early even though they were busy. The service was great and they tried to find every way possible to keep the costs low which they did! You don't normally have that with specialists and with the visit, her eye exam by the optomoligist, and medications, it was very affordable! I just graduated from college and didn't have funds and they worked with my wife and I and we couldn't be happier! 5 stars!

Be very careful look around fi...

Be very careful look around find somewhere else. This they first have a consultation ($145) for 15 minute of questions so they don't have to read the charts. Oh and by the way this equates to $580 /hr. then before they do anything they make you signs what I thought was the bill, because I specifically ask would it cost any more. Wrong then when you come to pick up your pet they hold them until you pay (which this is where they get you) more than what you agreed too. Look elsewhere!!!!

No stars here. For a place that is supposed to have topnotch, state of the art facilities and comprehensive treatments and surgery, they employ techs that are not licensed. Beware if your pet is to to have surgery- insist that you have more than one tech in the operating room. They left me heartbroken.
