      I cannot say enough about the compassion and professionalism Upstate has shown for me and my pets. They are truly wonderful!

      No stars here. For a place that is supposed to have topnotch, state of the art facilities and comprehensive treatments and surgery, they employ techs that are not licensed. Beware if your pet is to to have surgery- insist that you have more than one tech in the operating room. They left me heartbroken.
