It's nice to have someone else do the work. This saves me time to do other things I enjoy. Plus, they know what to do and use the correct compositions to spread/spray, therefore maximizing the results for my particular types of lawn, trees and shrubs.

Our lawn looks fantastic! We live in the South so many know how hard it is to have a great looking lawn; Ours is weed free and we don't have to spend time caring for it which frees up our time for activities we really want to do.

Always calls us a day or two before application is applying to give us a heads up . Person who services our lawn is always courteous and comes to the door explains what he is going to apply and if there is any issue comes back to let us know. If we are not at home always leaves the detailed information hanging on the door and leaves the little sign in the yard so that we know he has been there

I would give five stars if: 1) you would call the day before so I could cut grass or rake leaves before you come. 2) Ring door bell or knock harder, Several times I have found a note saying you have been here but I wasn't home, I WAS .

My husband and I were very happy with tru green this past year. Our weeds and crabgrass have i,mproved tremendously and the aeriation and seeding seems to be working. After being pestered by a member of their sales force for several weeks, I finally agreed to try their service for the introductory rate of$29.95. After several failed try's of scheduling that service, I contacted them and asked why their automated scheduler keeps promising me that they'll be here "weather permitting". Still, no-one. Let me preface this with the fact that they charged my credit card for the agreed amount on May 27th!! I even contacted my "ghost" service techs supervisor... who keeps his cell phone message service full, thus, not being able to leave one. I tried texting his phone with the promise of putting all this in social media. That got his attention, but not enough to get my lawn serviced. He said that his tech was at my residence June 5th, which was a lie ,since my wife and i
