They get negative stars -- Liberty trailer quality is negative stars, their customer service is the WORST ever. Would never recommend them to anyone ... they don't return emails, phone calls --- I guess if you just DON"T respond .. the problem will go away. They take zero ownership of trailer problems.... our advise --- RUN -- don't walk -- to another dealer. THEY get 1 star -- ONLY because I can't choose 0 or negative stars.
