Shannon Forest Christian School, founded in 1968, provides Christian education to students in prekindergarten through grade 12. Its curriculum includes English, language arts, math, science and social studies. The school organizes sports activities in baseball, golf, cross-country, swimming, tennis, soccer, volleyball and football. It also offers various extracurricular activities, such as fine arts, choir, drama, orchestra and dance. The facilities provided by the school include a gymnasium, activity center, basketball courts, and baseball and soccer fields. It operates a student council that organizes tournaments and contests for students. The school is spread over an area of more than 50 acres, and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Shannon Forest Christian School is located in Greenville, S.C.
