We offer world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes as well as situational self-defense classes for the whole family at our BJJ academy. This comes from over 25 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience and more than 20 years in law enforcement. Our experience allows us to train all types of martial artists. So, whether you are a novice, seasoned competitor, or simply looking to learn self-protection, we provide high-quality instruction in a positive learning environment to help our students achieve their personal goals.
