Karen has been working in the real estate industry since 1996 in the Upstate of the SC. In August 1996, Karen and her husband Mike, opened Presidential Mortgage Corp to provide a personal standard of service to mortgage customers. Karen wanted to provide more services plus support to her customer. On February 1, 2000, Karen become licensed as a SC Real Estate and started servicing the Upstate SC. In March 2002, Karen and Mike started a real estate brokerage and built a reputation for responding to the individual needs of each client, agent and property with respect and professionalism.
