Powdersville Middle School, established in 1991, offers academic programs to students in grades seven and eight. Located in Greenville, S.C., the school offers a range of sports activities, such as football, volleyball, soccer, golf, basketball, cheerleading, softball and baseball. In addition, Powdersville Middle School organizes spelling bee competitions and supports band, math and drama clubs. The school s curriculum includes mathematics, science, language arts, special education, social studies, algebra and biology. Powdersville Middle School offers a physical education program that promotes fitness, social, team and individual skills. Powdersville Middle School has a library and media center that offers a collection of books and other study materials. The school is a part of Anderson School District One.
