Located near hospitals, doctors offices, churches, and shops, Oaks at Chanticleer's personalized approach to caring for seniors with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia is designed to help your loved one get the most out of each day. With three different neighborhoods, one for each stage of memory impairment, residents receive the personalized care they need, in the company of their friends.
