General Info

Dr. Palmer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wofford College in 2000. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his orthpaedic residency with the Greenville Hospital System in 2009 and a fellowship in Providence, RI in 2010. Dr. Palmer is board certified by the American Board of Othopaedic Surgery.
