Was pleasantly surprised with this location after reading the other review. Staff was wonderful (especially Mary who was at the desk during my visit, who was very professional, yet sweet and caring for my needs. She explained the package deal and I think I may sign up when I go back and save some $, as there are plenty of ways to cancel it and its only for 12 visits in a years time!) My massage was enjoyable and the therapist seemed experienced and was careful and asked me all the right questions...

The managing staff is very unprofessional unless you are buying something. When I canceled my account I had to call back three times because they kept charging my credit card even though I had followed their protocol. When I finally got the manager on the line she did not apologize she just said "We credited your account" and offered no further explanation or compensation for all the confusion. The therapists are all inexperienced because they do not pay their therapists very well and it took me most of the year to find one that I really liked.
