Founded in 1970, Hampton Park Christian School serves more than 750 students in kindergarten through grade 12 and offers Christian education. The school provides opportunities to participate in various sports activities, including soccer and volleyball. It also offers food items for students that include hot dogs, baked beans, potatoes, wraps and brownies. Hampton Park Christian School provides piano lessons, as well as conducts fire and tornado drills. The school publishes a weekly newsletter that offers information related to changes to school calendar and announcements for parents. It is a ministry of Hampton Park Baptist Church, which was founded in 1940. The school is accredited by the South Carolina Association of Christian Schools and is affiliated with the American Association of Christian Schools.
