My grandmother was placed here by the hospital after she wasn't able to walk. After visiting her multiple times she and also her roommate mentioned that when you press the help light it would take hours for a nurse to show up. They just don't care here. When she passed they had called us and when walking to her room there was vomit in the hall, I just figured it had just happened but after being there an hour and it was still there, I'm not so sure. How long had it been there before we got there!? They knew we were saying our last goodbyes... Why not clean it up knowing that is the only hall that we can walk to get to my grandmother? I'm disgusted with this facility. Don't put your family member through this.
