This location is incredibly slow. They are unorganized and somewhat unprofessional. They sit in the garage laughing and joking, which is fine, but they stop working while they laugh and joke. I'm sitting here watching them carry on conversation after conversation and each time they stop working as they talk. I was the first one here and I've been waiting over an hour and a half for a simple oil change. Please, please, please go to the Woodruff Rd location or another company to get your vehicle maintained. This location is aweful.
Have purchased at least 6 sets of new tires here in the past 10 years. They have always offered the best price and excellent service. They even sold, and later honored, a road hazard warranty on OEM tires on a used car I had purchased! I still shop prices but I've ended up back here everytime. I just priced a set of Bridgestone Dueler Revo's for my son's TrailBlazer from TIreRack.com and after installation and shipping the comparable price from TireRack was $250 more! Bridgestone has buy 3, get 1 free... not TireRack. Sometimes there's a wait, just like anywhere you go these days. Overall, friendly service at a reasonable price.
