      No suitable foundation - stock plans, little custom design

      They don't offer foundation engineering for volatile Brazos Co. soils and really don't have time to spend on custom designs, designs from scratch or intelligently tailoring designs to fit. A popular site for Traditional design inspirations. Obviously, for this price - no construction inspections nor feedback during that process.
