Called Brian at Budget Blinds in Greenville SC requesting a quote for office blinds on Nov. 3. Once Brian was told told we were not interested in the cellular blinds the tone of our meeting changed. We were looking for helpful assistance in our decision making process. At that point he became somewhat disengaged and impatient. Brian stated he would type up a quote and have it to my husband that evening. It is Nov. 18 and we've yet to hear from him. We were very disappointed as we chose Budget based on posted customer reviews. We've since hired another blind company.

They have cheap prices but also cheap quality. The blinds turned brown, the bottom fell off and they blame it all on Sun damage. The local people won't back the product and the national people won't either they all say it is not their responsibility. They also won't respond to the BBB complaint. I had sent them customers in the past and will never recommend them again. Who ever heard of blinds not being protected against sun damage that is all they do is block the sun. We contacted other blind companies and all others we talked to are warranted against sun damage. Do Not use Budget Blinds.
