      I would give a zero if possible. They put our home address wrong on the policy and they bus e our vehicle insured under a completely different persons vehicle. Different year and different VIN. So I’ve been paying for another persons vehicle to be insured. To make it worse, I called in to the agent that signed me up named Billy only for him to tell me “well, I didn’t do that”. Then he told me I have to wait for someone else to call me back. He didn’t even try to fix it. When I asked to get it fixed asap, he hung Up on me. This was a nightmare from the beginning (I should have known it would end up being issues later). Do not do business with this company.
